Cheer Class - learn the basics of cheer.... motions, jumps, tumbling, stunting and dance. A great intro class for anyone wanting to try out cheer and learn what it is all about.

Flyer Class - This class is mainly geared towards team flyers to work flexibility and balance to advance their stunting/flying skills.
Tumbling - Classes available for all levels - from forward roll to double full. We offer small class size and quality instruction. This class is a great complement to Cheer Class to focus on tumbling..... or a stand alone class to advance tumbling skills.

Conditioning - This class works core strength, as well as overall body conditioning, to increase performance and help avoid injury.
